Matt Doster

Executive Director, Our Region Tomorrow

Matt Doster, a fifth generation Floridian, is executive director of Our Region Tomorrow, a regional cooperation between North Florida and South Georgia that seeks to ensure the region’s quality of life, economic viability and protection of environmental assets for the future.

Matt has also served as executive director of ITFlorida, an umbrella organization comprised of both public and private technology leaders providing guidance to the state on technology issues and initiatives. ITFlorida guides the Governor, the Legislature, and Enterprise Florida on the strategic technology direction and initiatives of the state and works to ensure the successful integration of technology infrastructure statewide.

Prior to working for ITFlorida, Matt was the director of the Engineering Workforce Commission in Washington, D.C.. Matt oversaw the EWC's efforts in monitoring the supply and demand of engineering talent in the United States, while supporting the policy efforts of the Commission's parent organization, the American Association of Engineering Societies. 

Prior to his work with the EWC, Matt worked in the legislative office of Associated Industries of Florida. He is a graduate of The Citadel and spent a summer studying at Cambridge University.
